Includes medical screenings and personalized support. ⸻ Week 2: Guided Healing Immersion Several nights of supervised inner work, focused on root-cause healing, followed by daily integration and rest. ⸻ Weeks 3 & 4: Integration & Lifestyle Reset Therapeutic sessions, structured daily practices, and support in building a healthier, more grounded way of living. Includes a customised journal and year-long integration guide. ⸻ Ongoing Support (Optional) Includes check-ins, integration coaching, and optional family support sessions for sustained healing beyond the retreat. ⸻ We work with only one client at a time, allowing for complete presence, discretion, and care.
